I was pleased with how the entire process went working with Dennis and his assistant Michelle. We had our 1st buyer back out due to personal reasons, no fault at all of Dennis's team. It was not the time economically to try to sell a lake house. Any potential buyers we did get were a lot of work to try to get to a contract. Dennis and Michelle worked hard for us to get through all of that. We are very happy to have sold the home and with all of their efforts and experience.
