He gave helpful guidance and did a good job tapping in to the Chicago buying community to help sell our home. I feel Dennis is very trustworthy. I can not say enough about my experience with this real estate company! I do not live in the area , so after my internet search within a day I received a call from Dennis. He was prompt, thorough and very confident they could get the property sold! And that they did in a very short amount of time! They (John and Dennis) kept me apprised of the showings and feedback, they went the extra mile to accommodate the fact that I did not live in the area, they were prompt to respond to any quick text question I had and always were friendly and professional! I unfortunately never had the privilege of meeting them face to face, however I feel as if I know them and that they truly had my best interest in mind at all times! Based on my experience I give Cressy & Everett the highest accolades for a job well done! I also worked with John Boles and he was excellent in all the above areas !

I really didn't get to spend a lot of time with Dennis our house sold so fast. The time my husband and I spent with Dennis was very pleasant and comfortable, thats how I like to think of it.
